What Is Shipping Policy :
After being processed, your order will be shipped form our distribution center or our center. A shipping notification email will be sent once your order has been sent out. The shipping notification will consist of the URL and tracking number provided by the shipping company, which you can assess for the shipping status of your order.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
The estimate shipping schedule in most cases is 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website or subject or unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processes and delays due to holidays etc.
Return Policy
At handbagdropship, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us subjects to the conditions below:
All items must be returned in unused condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Only return via courier service is allowed as we do not honor any walk-ins.
The value of the voucher is equal to the total amount of your returned item(s) and it’s valid for 365 days.
Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
EXCHANGE
Exchange of size or color is not allowed, you will have to return the item to us for voucher, and you may utilize the voucher by make a new order for the correct size or color.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.

DEFECT / FAULTY
If the item you receive is not perfect, kindly snap a picture of the item and email to vmhandbag@gmail.com
Our customer service team will refer to the picture and categorized your item as minor or major defect.
For minor defect (minor tear, minor stain, missing buttons, improper sew), we will offer a DEFECT DISCOUNT which worth RM10 of the selling price. For example, a dress cost RM50, and you will receive a discount voucher worth RM10 if we categorized the item as minor defect. If you do not wish to accept the DEFECT DISCOUNT, you may still return the item to us and we will make the full refund to you as usual but buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.
For major defect (visible stain, complete tear, visible hole), Un-trimmed threat, minor stain (washable), button loosen, and color difference are not considered as defect. You may still return it to us under the reason change of mind / not suitable / dislike
Quality is something very subjective, our customer service reserves the final rights to categorize the item as MINOR or MAJOR defect.
